The spell may be used against Fiendfyre but only by people over the age of 17 and only after 5 minutes (Magical Law Enforcement or the Agents Division may use it before 5 minutes have elapsed). Extinguishing the flames should be a gradual process - it is not instant.

ATRA PESTIS (The Plague Curse) Seventh Year. | Causes the target to contract Bubonic Plague at an extremely advanced stage; highly dangerous if not healed. The target will die after 10 OOC days if left unhealed. | CALOR TENUEM (Phantom Flames) Seventh Year. | The spell gives the victim an instant burning sensation, all over their skin. It is a slow, torturous build up, and after a full minute the victimp will feel like they are being burnt alive. This lasts a total of 10 OOC minutes or until the amber bile is removed, whichever happens first. It could only kill the victim if they died from some kind of shock. The phantom flames can be casted on another through either physical contact or eye contact. The only time this spell leaves a residual effect is if it was made through physical contact (transferred by touch), then there will be a small burn mark where they were touched. It does not require the wand in the caster's hand, but it must be on their person. | CARNIFEX Seventh Year. | Conjures a bolt of energy that creates a bullet-like wound similar to that from a hollow point bullet if fully charged. Physically it is cast by aggressively slashing downward with a crimson light. The spell latches onto the opponent's heart and they will grow pale with a faded black colouration of their veins, particularly the left side of their chest. This spell is unable to physically kill. | DETRAHET OCEANUM MIHI (The Tsunami Spell) Seventh Year. | Once properly charged, the spell will conjure a large volume of water that will exit the caster's wand in a tsunami-like wave that has enough force to knock people over, wash away unsecured items on the floor, et cetera. The water itself will be the same temperature as the air around it. It is an incredibly exhausting magic, and cannot be cast more than once per OOC hour. | FIENDFYRE (Cursed Flames) | Anyone above the age of 17 can cast Fiendfyre, but only masters may control it. Attempting to cast Fiendfyre without mastery will result in the flames backfiring and burning you alive. Other masters can take over the control of fiendfyre after 5 lines.
More information can be obtained through this topic. | FINITE FINIS Seventh Year. | Three or more participants (making up the corners of a polygon in Habbo tiles of approx. 10 square meters) can slam their wands into the ground, shout "Finite Finis", and negate existing and prevent further magic cast within that polygon for 30 seconds.
All residual physical effects such as fire, water, and conjured items will remain, but the magical connections between wand and entity will be broken.
Finite Finis is ineffective on static enchantments, such as (not not limited to): protective enchantments, artefacts, cursed objects, cursed beings (werewolves and vampires). Seventh Year. | HASTAM LUCIS (The Spear of Light) Seventh Year. | This spell, once cast, collects light energy at the tip of the casters wand. Focus is required over the channeling of the magical energy at the wandtip, as the nature of light is to be erratic and easily scattered if not contained. Once the charge is complete (3 lines in desc, reasonable time in emote), the magical energy can be released in the form of a magical bolt of light towards the target. The type of light energy, and the spell effect as a result, changes based on the time of day:
Sunlight Spear - If charged during the time period of 6AM BST/GMT and 6PM BST/GMT, the light will be channelled as a spear of fire and heat that erupts towards the target, scorching nearby objects as it travels until it strikes its foe, dispensing that energy into the target. The impacted target will be set ablaze by the magical light energy, and it has a high piercing power - enough to shatter a Protego shield upon impact, and easily pierce flesh. The casters wand will feel unnaturally hot following casting the spell, and may be difficult to hold as a result.
Moonlight Spear - If charged during the time period of 6PMBST/GMT and 6AM BST/GMT, the light will instead be channeled as a spear of cold and chill that erupts towards the target, freezing nearby objects and inducing a layer of permafrost until it strikes the target, dispensing its energy into the target. The impacted target will be immediately chilled by the impact, being coated in ice and rapidly dropping in temperature - enough to freeze water and other liquid substances that it touches. This bolt has a high piercing power - enough to shatter a Protego shield upon impact, and easily pierce flesh. the casters wand will feel unnaturally cold following casting the spell, and may be difficult to hold as a result.
Attempting to cast this spell again before a full day period has passed (24 hours IC) will instead have the attempt to cast the spell backfire on the user with the respecting element listed above, either causing severe burns or severe frostburn on the casters hands and body. This backfiring can also damage the wand itself, and repeated incidents will lead to the wand exploding. If the Casters focus is broken, the condensed light energy will instead explode in an area around the caster, afflicting that element on all targets within it (including the caster) - either burns or frostburn.
Spell Drawbacks and Requirements:- Caster must maintain focus during the channelling of solar energy.
- Spell can only be used outside, or within direct sunlight/moonlight. Cloud cover, or weather conditions, will make the spell take longer to charge to match the same level of power/
- Due to the power that is required to cast the spell, the caster will suffer from exhaustion following casting the spell and may find it difficult to cast other high level spells, such as the Patronus/Lumos Arma.
| IGNOSCENDO VOTUM Seventh Year. | When cast upon oneself or another target, they will feel compelled to inflict acts of chaos and destruction without real purpose or precision for 2 OOC minutes.
| INCENDIO DUO & TRIA Fifth Year & Seventh Year. | Incendio Duo and Tria are stronger variations of the Fire-Making Charm.
Incendio Duo Creates flames twice as hot as regular incendio and larger. Able to flames lightly burn flesh and ignite clothes quite easily. 5th year or above are capable of casting it.
Incendio Tria Creates flames twice as hot as duo and larger. Able to burn flesh and will reduce cloth and wood to ash. 7th year or higher are capable of casting the spell and must already have knowledge of Incendio Duo.
| LICET INTRARE (The Bonding Charm) Sixth Year. | Allows the caster to form an impenetrable bond with an animal companion. It allows the caster access, if the creature allows it, to it's thoughts and emotions as well as establishing a mental connecion. It only needs to be used once to form this bond.
To cast there must already be an established connection between the caster and their chosen creature. The caster's forehead must be placed against the creature's forehead with the wand held in between. The spell cannot be cast without contact.
It requires a piece of yourself to give to the creature. Once tied, the caster can never bond with another companion if the first dies. If your companion does die, the breaking of the bond will cause physical agony. | LUCIVITAS (The Singularity Blast Charm) Sixth Year. | Causes a small singularity to form which pulls in matter (people, objects, etc) around itself. It builds up energy for a minimum of two IC seconds before detonating. The detonation sends out wave of force and shrapnel that can break objects and knock people over.
The spell has the ability to be channelled for a short period of time. This will increase the blast radius and gradually increase the strength of the singularity's pull up until detonation. When fully channelled, the charm has the ability to destroy small buildings, send people flying, and throw large objects. | LUMOS ARMA (Solid Light) Seventh Year. | Lumos Arma is an advanced knowledge in the same way Fiendfyre is and requires mastery in order to cast all of its components fully -- it also requires the user to not only be pure of heart (having not cast dark magic, killed or seriously injured someone in the past) but they must also be wanting to protect the innocent at the time of casting. The spell projects tangible white light out of the user's wand and with mastery, it can be shaped into different constructs at the user's discretion; including but not limited to animals, objects or simple beams. Lumos Arma is an extremely exhausting form of magic, and casting more than once in a day - whilst possible - can prove to be harmful.
More information can be obtained through this topic. | MONOMACHIA (Quarrel of Honor) Seventh Year. | Creates a short-term binding magical contract cast between two parties that have come to an agreement1 to a one-on-one duel. Upon a successful cast, both parties will become encased in a physical, transparent dome (considered a defence) that protects them from most external magic and/or forces. Does not block any dark magic aside from Sectumsempra. Does not block pure light magic (Lumos Arma Maxima). Any attempt to defy the agreement (through not duelling for an extended period of time, attempting to flee the duel, or attempting to cast at a non-participant) by either party will result in major physical injuries, or death, to the disobeying party.
The effect terminates when: (1) both parties call a truce, (2) an opponent is defeated subjective to the established agreement, or (3) both parties experience mental doubt during combat toward the established agreement.
1The agreement is preestablished by both parties' verbal intentions as to their expected ultimatum of their duel. Wands from both parties are to be simultaneously crossed in an "X" formation with both parties speaking the incantation. Once cast, both parties must bow to commence the duel and create the aforementioned effect. | NONSUNTEIS (Bandit's Curse) Seventh Year. | Once hit with the curse, target will feel paranoid & fearful of people around them after 5 OOC minutes. After 15 OOC minutes they will begin to believe everyone they know are actually imposters/ strangers and after 24 OOC hours they will begin to try and kill those they know and love. The longer the curse stays in the body, the worse the paranoia will get. | NOSCO NATURA (Leafspeak Charm) Seventh Year. | Once cast, the Leafspeak Charm gives the caster total control of any living flora (i.e. grass, flowers, trees, etc.) within a reasonable distance around them; it only works by manipulating already existing plant life, as the charm does not grow new flora. This connection gives the caster a direct link to the surrounding botany, and allows them to sense disturbances the plant life is subjected to, such as changes in pressure, temperature, or damage, all of which the caster will experience as if it is occurring to their own body. It is exhaustive magic and can--if the plants are damaged--be very painful. This spell can only be used once every 30 OOC minutes. | PROHIBITO Seventh Year. | Renders the target unable to cast dark magic for 5 OOC minutes. When struck with the spell, the target will produce rods of light from their body. It is a weaker form of Finite Finis. The caster is required to cncentrate and be in a relaxed state when casting, they cannot have any malice or dark thoughts in their mind or heart. It can only be cast once every 24 hours and can be countered with Finite cast by the original caster of the spell or a third party. | PROLOURUM (Phoenix Fire Charm) Seventh Year. | When cast, Prolourum will produce a light blue torrent of flames that will not harm people or surfaces and will not extinguish without being countered Finite three times. | TRAVUNDO (The Travundus Charm) Seventh Year. | Used to draw a line that will magically tessellate anything inside the boundaries of the line. When recast by planting one’s wand into the ground, the defined area and everything inside is transported to a pre-determined location. Destination must be defined when drawing the Travundus charm boundary. Must be redrawn every 7 ooc days to remain ready for use.
| UMBRA LIGARE (Shadow Manipulation) Seventh Year. | This curse is used to control shadows, granting them temporary life to bind or attack an opponent. Full focus is required by the user when channelling their magic. Countered by projections of light [Lumos, Lumos Solem, Arma].
| UMBRA VITAE (Shadow of Life) Seventh Year. | When cast on the target’s shadow, an illusory, shadowy silhouette resembling the target will manifest. The silhouette is capable of inflicting blunt-force wounds which are energy-draining to the recipient (the more damage sustained by the recipient from the silhouette, the more lethargic the recipient will feel). There are two varied effects based on the intended target:
(1) If cast on your own shadow, the silhouette will assist you in close-quarters combat. Consequentially, the silhouette’s very aura intermittently emanates deep self-truths about the caster that may inflict mental weakness and conflict.
(2) If cast on your opponent’s shadow, the silhouette will attack whomever the caster targets. The caster must maintain active spell concentration to upkeep the silhouette. The silhouette will also target whom it resembles with inner weaknesses that inflict self-doubt and mental exhaustion through its emanating aura while also having the ability to physically attack.
The silhouette can be countered through repetitive assaulting of light-based spells and/or physical energies. Destroying the silhouette will inflict a sensation on whom it is resembling of physical lethargy and mental exhaustion. After use, the target will be shadowless for 24 hours and experience an overruling feeling of loss. The silhouette is generally weaker at night or in darker areas in its total effectivity. | VERITASPATIUM (Truth Space) Seventh Year. | Veritaspatium is cast upon the ground in a three tile radius. The caster must walk the circle with their wand aimed at the ground once they have spoken the incantation. A complete cast of the spell requires four lines of roleplay, and the path of the caster cannot be disturbed or interrupted. Once cast, the circle will appear in a shining, gold light. All those within the circle are now forced to speak truthfully (though it should be noted that this will be their knowledge of the truth and the spell does not force an individual to speak) until they leave the circle. If the circle is cast with no one inside it, it must be entered willingly - individuals cannot be forced or deceived into entering. If, however, the circle is cast with someone already inside it - willing or not - they will be under the effects of the charm until they've exited the circle.
| VIDERE (The Seeing Spell) Fifth Year. | Allows the caster to see through the eyes of a human target. The caster can only see what the other person sees. They cannot hear what they hear, or access their thoughts. The caster is also unable to see through their own eyes while using the spell. Can also be used on inanimate objects, as long as they have or resemble eyes. They are able to see through the "false eyes". The caster must be in the same room as the target/object while the spell is in use. If concentration is broken, so is the spell. Focus is required to maintain the spell rendering the caster immobile during. |

| Disorientates the opponent into a state of violent headaches and general confusion. Has a gradual effect. The first instance of it hitting, the victim will have their movements reversed (e.g., if he intends to move left, he moves right). As the spell continues (3 lines), the victim is unable to keep their balance due to a constantly changing perceptive set. Eventually, this renders the victim unconscious (6 lines). Countered by Finite Incantatem, but it's unlikely the victim will be able to cast spells due to rapidly growing migraine (3 lines +). | THE DOLOHOV FAMILY CURSE | Fires off purple flames towards a target. If used nonverbally, it causes heavy internal bleeding to the target. The caster may connect this portal to any other tree of their choosing; the opposite tree will also form a port, allowing forward and backward travel and observation. The ports may be dispelled at any time, simply with intent and a wave of the caster's wand. | THE FAIR FAMILY CURSE | Forces the target to sing in such a high pitch that their vocal chords rip, eventually causing them to drown in their own blood. | THE ICHIHARA FAMILY CURSE (Bone Folding Curse)
| Mends the victims bonds together and starts to twist and fold them, comparable to origami. It appears very unnatural breaks the bones and muscles-- causing various dislocations and intense pain. With use of 5 lines it can render someone unconscious, and death will follow after seven lines. However, the spell does not work on prosthetic arms and jelly-like limbs. | THE JIMENA FAMILY SPELL | Causes a blinding light to surround the casters or targets body outline. When observed directly or indirectly (via mirror), it will cause temporary blindness until looked away from. The outline will last on the body for 2 minutes with a 1 minute cooldown between casting. | THE LAWSFORD FAMILY CURSE
| Causes the victims internal organs begin to rust away, as the spell corrupts and pervades their body. Must be healed within 10 OOC minutes, organ failure will shortly follow and kill the victim. | THE NOSTRADAMUS CURSE
| Traps a person inside of any painting for a temporary amount of time, which can lead to traumatizing effects depending on the painting as it feels real to the person within. The maximum time a person can be trapped inside is unknown, however temporary. | THE QUAN FAMILY CURSE (The Life Draining Curse) | Drains the life and magic out of the target. Requires 10 lines in desc, and consent for fewer in emote roleplay. After these 10 lines, the target is infected with the curse, and if left unhealed for 10 OOC minutes will remove their ability to cast magic for 48 hours. If they are regularly exposed to the curse over a long period of time (daily for over a week OOC), they become a "squib" and are unable to cast magic. This requires years of physiotherapy to recover over a 4 OOC week timeline for full magical recovery. | THE SILVERS FAMILY CURSE
| This spell is a silver coloured jet of light that, upon impact with the target, revisits the most significant injury they have experienced in their life upon them. This includes both the pain and the actual injury - essentially forcing their body to relive that injury all over again, physically and mentally. This spell will do its best to replicate the exact circumstances of the injury inflicted - for example, if the target broke their arm, that same arm will be broken upon impact with this curse. This curse is considered "dark" only by virtue of being able to re-inflict dark magic wounds sustained previously, such as Sectumsempra. This curse requires intent to cast. | THE SNAPE FAMILY CURSE
| Creates an invisible sword; it is used to slash the victim from a distance, and results in deep wounds that leave permanent scars even if healed. | THE TRAVERS FAMILY SPELL | Turns the target into a golden statue. Works on creatures, plants, objects, and humans. The effect is instant upon being struck by the spell, and it has the added effect of making the gold item immune to any and all physical and magical attacks. It cannot be destroyed nor manipulated (minus moving it). The gold is not real gold, merely a transfigured-like replica. The spell lasts for 10 OOC minutes before wearing off. The caster can also counter te spell to turn it back prematurely. The spell is designed in a way that allows for someone to either be captured, or protected at a moments notice. | The wand residue collection charm. Must be used in conjunction with a glass jar to store the residue. Residue will remain in an area for 24 OOC hours before it is unable to be collected. | CONSTRINGO | Conjures and fires a straight jacket at the target. The movement inside the straight jacket is impossible. The straightjacket must be ripped from the body or Evanesco'd via an outside source. Vampires and Werewolves can break free of the jacket. | FLAMMA CONGELO LEPAR | Causes flames to turn to hot air. REGULATION AND CONTROL OF MAGICAL CREATURES SPELLS

SOPIRE BESTIAS | Temporarily impairs the target's physical functions and put creatures into a resting sleep like state. The spell lasts longer than Stupefy as it is specialised for creatures (15 OOC minutes as opposed to 5 OOC minutes). Large creatures will be able to resist the spell and may be required to be hit more than once before the spells full effect takes place. Gigantic creatures such as Basilisks and Dragons are immune to this spell. This spell has no effect on humans or Beings. | CAPERE BESTIAS | Fires a net towards the target and if the spell makes contact it expands to cover the size of the creature it hits. This spell is able to bypass creature's natural resistances to contact spells due to the fact that the spell expands around the creature rather than effecting the creature itself. Most creatures will be unable to tear or destroy these nets but particularly large creatures such as Trolls can destroy them with prolonged efforts. It has limited use on dragons as they can burn through the net. The net can then be effected with other spells, such as Duro. | HABITARE BESTIA | Transfiguration spell that, when cast on an open space (such as an empty room or a clearing), will transfigure it into the natural habitat of the creature who's name is spoken after the incantation (e.g. Habitare Bestia Thunderbird will change the space into the desert-like plains of Arizona). The boundaries of the spells effects must be drawn on - for example, walking around the perimeter of the room with your wand pointed to the ground. Wizards may enter and leave, but creatures may not leave unless taken out by said wizard (note: the wizard does not have to be the owner). The habitat will magically provide everything the creature needs in the same way it's natural habitat would, the exception being food or consumable water as per Gamp's Law. Habitare Bestia must be re-applied once every 7 OOC days and may only hold one species for which the spell was cast. It is not portable and cannot be contained in conjunction with the Undetectable Extension Charm and as thus is not relatable to artefacts such as Scamander's Suitcase. | RETRACTARE VENENA | Painlessly retracts fangs of a creature for 1 minute of real-world time, preventing the release of venom. May be used once every 2 hours for 1 OOC minute and is exclusively effective on Acromantula, Cetans, Swooping Evils, and Runespoors. Acromantula require two successful casts. |

ARUSPICES MITTE (Entrail-Expelling Curse) Seventh Year. | A curse applied to an existing magical shield that must be used in conjunction with Repello Inimicum. If someone that is not allowed to pass through the magical shield attempts to do so, their entrails will suddenly expel from every open cavity. | CAVE INIMICUM Seventh Year. | An enchantment applied to an existing magical shield that hides the appearance, sound, and scent of people inside the shield from people outside of the shield. Will have no additional effect on Protego Maxima other than hiding scent. | FIANTO DURI Fifth Year. | Strengthens and repairs existing magical shields. | FIDELIUS Seventh Year. | An enchantment applied to a location that hides it from sight. Only one person (known as the primary secret keeper) is able to share the location with people at any time, as long as they are willing. The caster designates the primary secret keeper upon casting. Anyone who is told the location become secondary secret keepers, and are physically unable to share the location with anyone. Legilimency, Veritaserum and Imperio do not work on the primary or secondary secret keepers.
The caster of the Fidelius charm cannot make themselves primary secret keeper and must select someone else to be it as long as the character is legitimately roleplayed by a member of the community. Said member must also be active within `H`. If the roleplayer of a primary keeper falls inactive over a month (unless justified by RA and/or OL time), then the caster of the Fidelius must select a new one within their place. Fidelius is to be cast once and once only. Multiple Fidelius' and relocation of a Fidelius are not allowed; the latter is only acceptable when the location is discovered and the Fidelius itself is removed by an outside force or the primary secret keeper dies, which will cause the Fidelius to be ineffective and broken. The caster must also possess some level of ownership over the property for Fidelius to be cast.
Roleplayers must notify SS before attempting to cast Fidelius so that the information (location, primary secret keeper, and screenshots) may be logged accordingly and considered legitimate. Failure to do so will result in the Fidelius being considered null and void. | INMOTUS (Imperturbable Charm) Seventh Year. | An enchantment applied to a window or door that prevents sound from passing through it and repels objects and people. | MONITUM (Caterwauling Charm) Sixth Year. | An enchantment applied to a location that blares a loud shrieking sound when someone that is not supposed to be there is present. (1) Creates a permanent magical shield (until destroyed) in the form of a dome that blocks spells and physical forces. Blocks all dark magic aside from the Killing Curse.

DARK LORD SPELLS

MORSMORDRE (The Dark Mark) | When cast into the sky, Morsmordre will project an image of the Dark Lord's chosen dark mark. This is teachable to followers of a reign. Prior examples of Dark Marks can be drawn from Voldemort in canon. Dark Lords have the ability forge their own Dark Mark and creative ideas for Dark Marks are welcome for review.
When cast on the skin of a follower of a reign, Morsmordre will form a permanent tattoo (known also as the dark mark) on their skin. Providing the Dark Lord has their own dark mark on their own skin, if they touch their wand to it, anyone else with the same mark will feel a compulsion to apparate directly to where the Dark Lord is currently located. Until they apparate and arrive at the location, they do not know where the Dark Lord is located.
Conversely, a follower bearing the mark may touch their wand to the tattoo to signal all other bearers of the mark but, unlike the Dark Lord, they may not summon anyone except the Dark Lord. | MORSMORDE INIMICUM (The Dark Mark Ward) | An enchantment applied to an existing magical shield (such as Protego Totalum, etc.) that disallows passage to anyone who does not bear the Dark Mark on their flesh. It does not hide the location like Fidelius, but both may be used in cohesion. | VOMICA VOX (The Taboo Curse) | An enchantment applied to vast swathes of land (up to the entirety of the UK) that alerts the caster when a specific chosen word or term is uttered. When the chosen word or term is spoken, the caster gains knowledge of the utterance's location. It works regardless of the age of the speaker and disables some weaker protective magical enchantments. If the speaker is in a building protected by the powerful Fidelius Charm, for example, it may reveal the general area around the speaker's house, but will not break the charm. This curse controls individuals by limiting their freedom to speak, and thus causes great stress, terror, and frustration.
In the roleplay, this is a general knowledge/accountability of the curse amongst roleplayers. It is the DL's responsibility to make it known at an OOC capacity which word is limited, and as such the general roleplay will "know" when the spell is used and should make it known to them.
| PROTEGO DIABOLICA (Ring of Fire) | When this dark charm is cast, a large ring of fire will be conjured around the caster. Only those with the utmost devotion to the caster will be able to pass through the flames and into the circle unscathed, while those with even a shred of disloyalty will be set alight with flames causing (Stage IV cursed burns).
In addition, while the caster remains within the circle, they may lash their flames out in dark tendrils in order to attack targets (Stage III cursed burns). If an individual within the circle has an alignment shift that would cause them to betray the caster, the flames will become wise to it and lash out within the circle; in addition, bypassing the circle via apparition, or another means such as jumping in from an elevated position will trigger the tendrils, causing them to lash out.
While considered to be a dark charm, these flames may be repelled by a standard Shield Charm & must be countered by "Finite" three times, or with use of "Finite Finis".

DARK LORD CREATED SPELLS

EXPECTO MALUM (Dark Patronus) Created by Milan Mordaunt | A dark patronus that can only be cast by those who have used dark magic extensively. Will take the form of whatever animal the caster's regular patronus would take. Can lead people and transmit messages. The dark patronus can also attack individuals as the animal would (excluding magical and/or guideline abilities), either with a given command or autonomously. It does not require the caster's attention to do so.
The dark patronus has an affinity for destroying light magic, and will pursue and consume regular patronuses and lumos arma shields. After consuming a patronus, it can send the message back to the caster of Expecto Malum instead of delivering it to the intended recipient. Expecto Malum instinctively seeks to consume Lumos Arma Maxima, but it is instead consumed by light constructs. Only Lumos Arma Maxima is an effective counter.
Injuries caused by the dark patronus are unconventionally cursed. While they will heal and not scar, they will instead corrupt the victim relative to how much they were damaged. After 10 OOC minutes have passed since the injury was taken, the victim will feel rage, hatred, and near murderous intent. The corruption will dissolve after 60 OOC minutes or until healed. People under these effects can be identified by red flecks in their eyes. | MURMURO Created by Aldo Admone | Causes the target to hear what the caster whispers inside of their inner ear. The caster cannot hear the target's replies. It causes no physical damage and leaves a negligible amount of cursed bile. Those with enhanced hearing in close proximity to the victim will hear hushed and inaudible whispering but no discernible words. If the victim is not in possession of a wand, the whispering will not affect them.
Can be performed entirely remotely akin to Alternis Sermonibus. Can be performed on a specific area (affecting all individuals within said area) if the caster is within close proximity (1 mile) for up to 1 OOC minute every 48 OOC hours. |
